Many people seek peak experiences of all kinds to expand their consciousness. Meditation, breathwork, intense physical challenges and various spiritual practices  are all used to cultivate inner wisdom.

In recent years, the use of entheogens for consciousness expansion has become more mainstream.

Research shows promise not only for consciousness expansion, but also for long term healing of depression, anxiety, PTSD and other mental emotional challenges.

But the research is clear. The experiences themselves are not where change happens.

True, lasting healing and change comes through the integration of the insights gained into everyday life.

Support is an essential part of integration so that when you hit inevitable bumps in the road, there is a place to turn to re-orient you toward your “true north.”
